Terms of Use

By using BeeWise (“the game”), you agree to these terms. BeeWise is operated by Goose Entertainment.

1. Free to Use

BeeWise is free to play. We offer optional voluntary support (Ko-fi tips and subscriptions) but you are never required to pay to use the core game.

2. Your Account

Sign-in is optional and handled via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All puzzle content, artwork, game logic, and brand elements (including the BeeWise name and bee logo) are owned by Goose Entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on BeeWise content without written permission.

Your account data (solve times, completion history) belongs to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how to request data deletion.

4. No Warranties

BeeWise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, data preservation, or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the game at any time without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goose Entertainment is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BeeWise.

6. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit the game or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to generate or submit puzzle solutions
• Attempt to access other users’ data

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BeeWise after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
